Technical Support Engineer

Your Responsibilities：

Provide frontline technical support, resolving various technical issues encountered by players during gameplay.

Analyze and diagnose problems, record and track issue resolution progress, ensuring efficient problem-solving for players.

Collaborate with the development team to report technical and user experience issues in the game.

Create and maintain technical support documentation and FAQs.

Participate in game testing to ensure stability and usability before and after game releases.

Monitor game servers and network performance, promptly identifying and resolving potential issues.

Our Requirements：

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in technical support or a related area.

Familiarity with game development processes and common technical issues.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication abilities.

Ability to work under pressure, quickly respond to and resolve player issues.

Basic programming and scripting abilities are a plus.

Data Analyst

Your Responsibilities：

Collect, organize, and analyze game data, generating reports and providing decision support.

Analyze user behavior, identify trends and patterns, and offer improvement suggestions.

Design and maintain data dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) in real time.

Collaborate with game development and operations teams to optimize in-game economic systems and user experience.

Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different game designs and marketing strategies.

Provide data-driven insights to support the formulation of marketing and user acquisition strategies.

Our Requirements：

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related area.

Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python or R.

Skilled in using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Excellent quantitative analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in data analysis within the gaming industry is preferred.

Game Programmer

Your Responsibilities：

Develop and maintain game code, ensuring the implementation and optimization of game features.

Collaborate with designers and artists to ensure the realization of game visuals and gameplay.

Optimize game performance to ensure smooth operation on various platforms.

Write technical documentation and code comments, maintaining high code quality.

Participate in game testing, fixing bugs, and optimizing user experience.

Stay updated with the latest game development technologies and trends, continuously improving development abilities.

Our Requirements：

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in game development or a related area.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Java, and familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.

Strong foundation in mathematics and algorithms, understanding of graphics and physics engine principles.
